QUALIFICATIONS :

    *
      D3 or S1 Mechanical Engineering.
    *
      Age 30 – 35 years.
    *
      7 - 10 years work experience in large manufacturing company with relevant experience.
    *
      Combination of Production and Training experience will be preferred.
    *
      Training Certification.
    *
      People Orientation, Competency Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

    *
      Identification of training needs, especially for operators and team leaders.
    *
      Preparation of competency standart.
    *
      Preparation of training materials.
    *
      Imparting basic & OJT /Refresher training.
    *
      Evaluation of learning effectiveness.
